IT Business Analyst (BA)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between clients and our development team, ensuring seamless communication, precise requirement gathering, and timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will have an IT background with in-depth knowledge of Website Development, App Development, and Development Components.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Requirement Gathering: Understand client needs thoroughly and translate them into detailed, actionable requirements for the development team.
• Proposal Writing: Create comprehensive and compelling proposals to address client requirements and business challenges.
• RFD Standards: Prepare and maintain detailed RFD (Request for Document) documents to ensure clarity and alignment on project deliverables.
• Project Delivery: Monitor and ensure timely, accurate, and quality delivery of projects by coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth workflows, resolving issues, and meeting deadlines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and other team members to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Market Knowledge: Leverage knowledge of website and app development trends to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the IT industry.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of Website Development, App Development, and associated components.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), backend/frontend technologies, and development frameworks.
• 360° Digital Marketing knowledge is a plus.
• Proposal Writing: Expertise in creating clear and concise business proposals tailored to client needs.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze client requirements and align them with technical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
• Multi-Tasking: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on delivering high-quality, precise documentation and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or other project management tools.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
