Age Group- 35-40 years

Technical Qualification:- DPMT OR B.Tech/Diploma in Tool & Die Technology/Mechanical

   Engineering.

Job Summary:-

ü The Tool Room Manager will have Hands-on, complete handling of all activities for manufacturing of plastic injection moulds. Managing a Tool Room, allocating jobs, machine scheduling, managing people, process planning and scheduling. Managing manufacture of moulds and components thereof in-house and through outsourcing.

ü A Team leader, handle the team and utilize them in required stages to achieve the production target in Tool-Room. Ensuring meeting of timelines committed.

ü Process planning, make process chart & machining planning of all parts. Handle all machines & operators in tool shop and material movement to all stages and follow the job movement to complete the job on time.

ü Manage, monitor the tool room for the development, performance and maintenance of the tool room and stock control to produce an efficient system and delivery solution, maximising performance and minimizing costs against pre-agreed targets and controls.

ü Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.

ü Continuously improving productivity, quality, processes.

ü Knowledge of reverse engineering and utilize when in necessary.

ü Daily interaction with top management for reporting production schedules, resource gaps, future planning, etc.

ü Implement robust QA/QMS practices and controls as per international standards.

ü And 5S, Kaizen in tool shop floor and training to operators.

Deliverables:-

ü Required expertise in Injection Moulding mould. Deep knowledge of moulds and machining.

ü Deep knowledge of VMC operations. Hands on in Tool Room machines & equipment’s.

ü Proficient in Plastic mould design, fabrication, development, testing and validation

ü UG-NX
