Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of Zoho products.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions based on client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotes.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on how Zoho products can address their specific requirements.
Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and integration of Zoho solutions.
Stay updated on the latest features and updates of Zoho products.
Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales collateral related to Zoho products.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Zoho products, including but not limited to Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven track record in pre-sales or sales support roles, preferably in a technology-related industry.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective solutions using Zoho products.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
