Job Brief:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) to work on the Digital Marketing Activities for
an industry re-defining start-up.
The DMM will be responsible for the performance of digital marketing activities and partner closely
with the extended marketing, customer experience and sales teams. As the organization is currently
in the setting-up phase, he/she will be expected to have an entrepreneurial mindset and an
enthusiasm to learn and grow with the organization.
Ultimately, the candidate would be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of the digital
marketing activities in conjunction with the marketing and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Social Media:
• Responsible for the social media strategy and operations which includes planning,
directing, and executing marketing content amplification as well as engaging with
followers across social media platforms to the community of existing audiences
• Coordinate and collaborate across Marketing, Brand, Product, Services team
• Set and monitor goals for social media performance
• Share best practices with internal stakeholders
• Content:
• Work on the Content Strategy across various platforms
• Own the creative thinking and execution process to bring life to the idea
• Tactical content pieces for short term to support business growth and objectives
• Strategic long term Property creation to increase brand equity
• Performance Marketing Campaigns:
• Developing, managing and executing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
• Drive biz growth through media recommendations & optimizations, copy & creative
excellence
• Consistently chase and better the CAQ and CPL metrics to drive profitability
• Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established
critical metrics
• SEO:
• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies through keyword research
• On page, Off page and Tech SEO knowledge
• Affiliates:
• Design and Execute Affiliate Programmes
• Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates
• Proactively monitor traffic sources to determine which affiliates should be prioritized
and focused on
• Present reports for relevant program metrics such as number of affiliate partners
recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate, etc.
• Campaign Management:
• Build Objective Oriented Digital Marketing Strategies consisting of:
• Creative Approach
• Media Approach
• Content/Creatives Development
• Peripherals (if any)
• Monitor and Execute Digital Only Campaigns
• Support in Execution of IMC campaigns
• Campaign Analytics and Insights thereof
Qualifications & Experience:
- Around 4-7 years in a Digital Media Marketing Role at a Leading Digital Marketing Agency or
Consumer facing brand / organization
- Should have worked on Social Media Management, Content Marketing, SEM, SEO, Digital Campaign
Management, Affiliates across his/her career
- Knowledge of new tools, trends, and best practices in the ever evolving space of digital marketing.
Hands on would be a plus
- Industry preference (as an agency partner or employee): FMCG, E-Commerce, BFSI, Retail
- Good Interpersonal skills across internal hierarchy and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority - to deliver results on time and within
budget.
- Should be comfortable with getting hands dirty to get the job done
- - Full time MBA graduates (Marketing) are preferred
