Job description:

 Handling GST compliances with/without help of ASP’s and GSP’s

 Extracting data from SAP & preparing, reviewing data for GST compliances

 Adhering to GST compliance timelines as per statute (assessments, filing of returns, etc.)

 Complete identified number of GST returns on a timely basis

 Preparation, filing and processing of refunds

 Assist internal teams on indirect tax/ GST related queries.

 Co-ordination with the department for obtaining approvals, registrations, etc.

 Provide support in GST credit admissibility - Enable accuracy in availment of GST input credit

and ensure the timely reconciliation between books and 2A & 2B and inward register

 ITC reconciliations on pan India level

 Responsible for reviewing all the compliances related to the job work.- Review and

continuous reduction in blockage of credits.- Replying to various SCN and other notices

raised by the authorities.- Provide necessary support in filing appeals wherever needed

 Preparing and filing of ISD return

 Taking proactive steps to close pending indirect tax litigations (pan India) [GST and erstwhile

indirect tax statutes such as Service tax, Excise, VAT, etc].

 Assisting in audits or investigation by the tax authorities

 Participate in planning, developing and implementing GST strategies to optimize tax

incidence

Reporting to Indirect Tax Manager

Qualifications

 CA/ semi-qualified with 4 - 5 years’ experience in GST

 Working knowledge of GST laws, circulars and notifications

 Hands on experience of handing large corporate compliances with multiple pan India

registrations of single entity

 Hands on knowledge of working in SAP & MS Office
