Responsibilities: As a Production Shift In-charge in the dairy industry, the candidate&nbsp;will be responsible for the following:- <ul><li>Overseeing and coordinating the production activities within your designated shift</li><li>Lead and supervise a team of production workers, monitoring processes, and resolving any operational issues that arise during your shift</li><li>Collaborate with the production manager and other shift in-charges to create production schedules and allocate resources effectively</li><li>Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards, inspecting products at various stages of the production process, and addressing any quality issues</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and sanitation standards, to maintain a safe and clean work environment</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience working in the dairy industry is essential, preferably in a production or manufacturing role</li><li>Strong knowledge of dairy production processes, equipment, and quality standards</li><li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in a fast-paced production environment</li><li>Sound understanding of safety regulations, hygiene practices, and quality control procedures</li><li>Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required</li></ul>
