1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Answer questions about products or the company.3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Convincing unknown people on-call / face to face, to close sales.5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Tele-Calling the online/offline leads (approximately 200 calls / day AND minimum 03:00 hours of calling time / day) and convert them into sales.6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Enter and update customer information in the database.7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Take and process orders and fill-in client’s data in an accurate manner.8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling.10.&nbsp;&nbsp;Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.11.&nbsp;&nbsp;Create frequent reviews and reports with sales.12.&nbsp;&nbsp;Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.13.&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.14.&nbsp;&nbsp;Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.15.&nbsp;&nbsp;Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.16.&nbsp;&nbsp;Go the “extra mile” to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.17.&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage time &amp; appointments of clients who visits and reporting/data entry of the same.18.&nbsp;&nbsp;Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information about the clients.19.&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop business by doing more &amp; more sales daily.&nbsp;&nbsp;
