Key responsibilities: 

1. Work on pre-opening for restaurants - supply chain setup/operational management

2. Work on procurement and hospitality vendor management

3. Get the best vendor quotation, analyze the quality v/s budget ratio, and take decisions on vendor finalization

4. Procure things like furniture, AC, equipment, lights, etc. end-to-end for the restaurant industry

5. Work on online database generation, online study, and market study

6. Work on operational flow coordination, payment, and delivery coordination

7. Work on internal team management - project management
