About the Job


  • Researching new technologies and trends in supply chain management
  • Exposure and development of long lasting vendor relationships in Hospitality Industry - Bars, cafes, Cloud kitchens, QSRs.
  • Researching the right fit vendors for different segments in restaurants and cafes. (Procurement)
  • Working with India’s Premier hospitality company and brands like Yewale chai, Haagen -Dazs, Falafel,Harley Fine Dine Baking and many more.
  • Working with vendors to develop new products or packaging that will meet customer needs
  • Creating reports on supply chain performance metrics such as cycle times, inventory turnover rates, and order fill rates
  • Reviewing and approving invoices from suppliers based on terms outlined in contracts and building relations with the vendors.
  • Working with the pre -opening team for the BOQ setting, packaging specification and ensuring the quality of the material is up to the mark.
  • Coordinating with vendors to arrange delivery of goods
  • Coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure that all aspects of the supply chain are running smoothly
  • Communicating with suppliers about delivery schedules and problems with products or services
  • Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
  • Developing and implementing new processes for improving efficiency and reducing costs within the supply chain department
  • Communicate with vendors to discuss special orders, returns, or other issues related to products or services provided by that vendor
  • Maintaining records of all transactions in an organised database.
