Duties and Responsibilities;	 	 · Generating Leads with new clients	 	 · Appointment scheduling, preparation and presentation to clients	 	 · Generation of new leads with the intention of creating more sales/revenue	 	 · Maintaining positive customer relationships post-sale	 	 · Work closely with the designated sales team to strategize more effective sales methods	 	 After some duration-monthly sale targets with defined incentives.	 	 Submit offer to clients,Negociate and order booking ,Standardise on process for sales & marketing	 	 Support in KOM with customer	 	 Support finance/Engrs. Team for Billing and Payment collection	 	 	 Requirements and Qualifications;	 	 · Excellent communication skills.	 	    Pleasant Personality 	 	 · A proven track record in strong presentation skills	 	 · The ability to close deals with clients.	 	 · Proficient in time management and personal organization	 	   Ready to Relocate & Travel	 	 · Bachelor’s degree preferred; a background in sales and marketing business of Industrial Automation. Batchelor/M.sc – instrumentation, ENTC, Electrical, Electronics. MBA with above will be preferred. Basic Knowledge of PLC/SCADA added advantage.	 	 Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively	 	 Person with good knowledge on process Automation system will be preferred	 	 	 MUST HAVE: -Own vehicle and license.
