Role: Moulding Assistant Manager

Qualification Required:

1. Diploma / B.tech / BE

2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in injection moulding production, with at least 3 years in a

supervisory role

3. Knowledge of injection moulding process and machine operations Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings and specifications

4. Strong leadership and management skills

5. Ability to troubleshoot and repair injection moulding machines

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

7. Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and mail.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead the injection moulding team to ensure efficient production processes.

2. Monitor and control injection moulding processes to ensure high-quality production output.

3. Maintain and troubleshoot injection moulding equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.

4. Develop and implement production schedules and work closely with the planning department to meet

customer demands.

5. Train and mentor new employees and ensure that they follow safe working practices.

6. Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure optimal use of resources.

7. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth

production flow.

8. Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for injection moulding processes.

9. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the workplace.

10. Continuously monitor and improve production efficiency and minimize downtime.

11. Responsible for tool & ABS trail.

12. Ensure machines are properly set up and maintained to achieve production goals

13. Ensure production runs efficiently by maintaining and repairing equipment as needed

14. Conduct routine inspections of machines to ensure proper operation and identify potential issues

15. Responsible for CAPA.

16. Communicate with other departments to ensure efficient production processes

17. Ensure production area is clean and organized

18. Responsible for all audits (ISO/IATF)
