Role : FEED & Detail Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

The Rotating Engineer will be responsible for:

 Review of PDS, MDS

 Review of Material Requisitions

 Participating in Vendor and Engineering Contractor BCQ discussion

 Review of Technical Bid Evaluations

 Participating in Vendor Kick-off meeting

 Review of Purchase Requisition

 All equipment’s Vendor Drawings Review and comments

 Participating in vendor shop inspection test

 Coordination with all other departments for review the documents

 Co-ordination with site erection commissioning team

 Function as technical resource to maintenance groups to direct and recommend problems

solutions

 Review and check FEED/detailed design, calculations and drawings in accordance with

Owner requirements

 Ensure high standards are maintained in terms of Owner requirements

 To monitor project budgets on a regular basis and bring any potential overspend to the

attention of the project manager as soon as known

 Carry out regular design and project reviews

Education and Expertise Degree:

 Bachelor’s or Master degree in related engineering discipline i.e. Mechanical Engineering,

etc. from a recognized university or equivalent qualification

Related experience required:

 Good communication skills in English (written and oral)

 API 610, 675,676, 685 & 682 (All types of pumps and seals)

 API 617, 618, 619, 672 & 673 (All type of compressors and fan)

 API 611 & 612 (Steam turbines)

 All accessories related to these equipments

 Package items (Cooling Tower, Extruder, Conveyor, Pellet Transfer System to Packaging

Package, Bagging Silos Package, Dryer Package, Chiller Package& Material handling

equipment’s etc.)

 Experience in a similar role

 Team player, friendly and outgoing
