Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee emgagement, payroll, HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and other HR functions as required by the company. The Human Resources Specialist will also be responsible for advising management on HR regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management

Experience creating and implementing HR policies and employee benefits

Familiarity with personnel management and HR regulations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in a similar role is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
