Ensuring Customer satisfaction as per the SLAs
Handling email, chat, and call from customers and providing them with a solution to their queries/concerns
Should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Should be open to work in US shifts
Experience with customer support would be good to have
Experience with international processes will be an advantage.
Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate Experience: Fresher/Experienced
Location : It is work from office
CTC: 1.6 LPA to 2.8 LPA
No cab facility
