Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President with strong leadership skills and proven expertise in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategies, and overseeing operations to ensure market expansion and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals in the FMCG sector.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels, and product categories for market penetration.
• Oversee brand development, consumer engagement, and product positioning strategies.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to align business strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to senior managers and teams.
• Support in new product development, innovation, and go-to-market execution.
• Report directly to the CEO/MD with regular business performance updates and strategic recommendations.
