Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Dental Sales Executive / Manager to promote and sell premium dental product range to dental clinics, hospitals, and institutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the dental industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a comprehensive range of dental products (e.g., restoratives, impression materials, adhesives, cements, preventive care, CAD/CAM, and laboratory products).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert potential clients into customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional events for dentists and dealers.
- Coordinate with distributors and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance territory performance.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- 2–8 years of experience in dental or healthcare sales.
- Strong knowledge of dental products and market dynamics (experience with GC products preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Graduate in Science/Dental/Pharmacy; MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus.
