Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Female Principal (Cambridge Certified) to lead our school, which follows the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) curriculum. The Principal will be responsible for driving academic excellence, ensuring adherence to Cambridge standards, managing faculty, and fostering a holistic learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school.
• Ensure effective implementation of Cambridge IGCSE/AS & A Levels curriculum.
• Oversee teacher recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Develop academic policies, assessment frameworks, and teaching methodologies in line with Cambridge standards.
• Ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
• Monitor school performance, prepare reports, and liaise with Cambridge International for compliance and updates.
• Build a strong school culture focusing on academic rigor, innovation, and student well-being.
• Engage with parents, students, and stakeholders to build trust and transparency.
• Drive co-curricular and extra-curricular programs to ensure holistic student development.
• Manage school budgets, resources, and infrastructure efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

• Mandatory Cambridge Certification (e.g., Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers / Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications).
• Master’s degree in Education / Administration or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in education, with leadership/administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of Cambridge curriculum, teaching standards, and assessment systems.
• Proven track record of improving academic standards and leading a school successfully.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
