Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm; Registered with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and respective State Pharmacy Council

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our retail pharmaceutical operations across India. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and effective dispensing of medications, maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council regulations, drug laws, and company policies.
• Counsel customers on medication usage, dosage, and side effects.
• Maintain proper records of prescriptions, stock, and controlled drugs.
• Supervise inventory management and ensure timely replenishment of medicines.
• Assist in store operations and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with doctors, suppliers, and internal teams as required.

Requirements:

• Valid PCI registration and knowledge of state-specific pharmacy regulations.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and formulations.
• Excellent customer interaction and counseling skills.
• Ability to work in a retail pharmacy environment across different locations.
