Role Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads to drive patient acquisition, brand visibility, and lead generation for our diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• Plan digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and improve ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare performance reports.
• Optimize campaigns for cost-effectiveness, conversion, and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, remarketing, and healthcare/digital marketing is a plus.
