About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Medical Oncologist with over 10 years of experience to join our highly reputed oncology department. The incumbent will be responsible for providing comprehensive cancer care, including advanced diagnostic, therapeutic, and palliative interventions, while ensuring excellence in patient outcomes and upholding the hospital’s commitment to compassionate care and clinical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage patients with solid and hematological malignancies using evidence-based oncology protocols.
• Administer and supervise systemic therapies including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and hormonal therapy.
• Collaborate with surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and palliative care teams for multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Monitor patient progress, treatment side effects, and provide ongoing clinical support.
• Engage in cancer screening, prevention, and awareness programs to support community outreach initiatives.
• Lead or participate in clinical trials, research projects, and academic teaching within the hospital.
• Provide mentoring and training to junior oncologists, residents, and fellows.
• Ensure compliance with NABH/JCI standards, ethical practices, and hospital protocols.
• Maintain high-quality patient documentation and case records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MD/DNB in General Medicine followed by DM/DNB in Medical Oncology from a recognized institution.
• Fellowship in sub-specialties (e.g., Pediatric Oncology, Hemato-Oncology, or Immuno-Oncology) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of post-specialization experience in a reputed tertiary care/super-specialty hospital.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling complex oncology cases and advanced systemic therapies.
