Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to design, review, and supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in MEP design, site supervision, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with international codes and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee HVAC systems (cooling load calculations, ducting, installation).
• Develop and review plumbing system layouts (water supply, drainage, piping).
• Design electrical systems (low and medium voltage, load calculations).
• Prepare and review MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
• Ensure compliance with MEP codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, IS standards, etc.).
• Perform load calculations (cooling, electrical) for accurate system sizing.
• Supervise and inspect MEP works at the project site.
• Select appropriate materials, specifications, and equipment for MEP systems.
• Coordinate effectively between MEP, civil, and structural teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Maintain effective written and verbal communication in English with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in MEP design and site supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit MEP is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in construction projects.
• Familiarity with international MEP codes and standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
