Job Title: HR Executive Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

Experience: 2+ Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, BBM, Any Graduate with relevant HR experience.

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR professional to join a leading healthcare organization. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to contribute to both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, ATS updates, and hiring MIS.


HR Generalist Activities (30%)

  • Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Support HR compliance and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR support as required.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to HR Generalist activities.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.


Mandatory Requirements

  • Comfortable working 6 days a week.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Ready to handle approximately 70% Talent Acquisition and 30% HR Generalist responsibilities.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
  • Strong commitment, ownership, and flexibility to support business requirements.
