Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager (GM) to oversee end-to-end operations, business growth, and organizational performance in the FMCG sector. The GM will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and market leadership while ensuring operational excellence and team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall business operations including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Drive top-line and bottom-line performance in line with organizational goals.
• Build and strengthen distributor, retailer, and channel partner networks.
• Lead new product development, brand-building, and go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee annual budgeting, P&L management, and business planning.
• Monitor KPIs, market trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry dynamics.
• Implement cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop leadership teams to create a high-performance culture.
• Represent the company with external stakeholders, partners, and industry forums.
