Position: Financial Counselor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Financial Counselor to join our Wellness Center. The role involves guiding clients on treatment packages, payment options, and financial planning, ensuring a smooth and transparent financial experience. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, financial knowledge, and experience in client counseling within healthcare, wellness, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on treatment costs, financial options, EMI plans, and package benefits.
• Assist customers in understanding payment structures, insurance tie-ups (if any), and financing schemes.
• Provide accurate and transparent cost estimates before treatment/procedures.
• Work closely with the front office, doctors, and operations team to align financial discussions with treatment plans.
• Guide clients in applying for loans/EMIs in coordination with partner banks/NBFCs.
• Ensure timely collection of fees and maintain proper records of financial transactions.
• Support clients in making informed decisions by explaining financial implications clearly.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure confidentiality of client data.

Key Requirements:

• 2 – 5 years of experience as a Financial Counselor / Finance Executive in wellness, healthcare, hospital, or NBFC/BFSI sector.
• Strong understanding of payment structures, healthcare financing, and EMI schemes.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to explain financial concepts in a simple and empathetic manner.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial management tools.
