Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Doctor / Medical Officer to provide high-quality primary healthcare services at our Aleru facility. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to manage routine medical cases independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient consultations and provide accurate diagnosis and treatment for common ailments.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with standard treatment guidelines.
• Conduct patient counseling on preventive healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle management.
• Maintain precise medical records and ensure adherence to compliance protocols.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, laboratory, and other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in health awareness initiatives and community outreach programs, if required.

Requirements:

• Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to handle outpatient care independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with hospital/clinic operations and healthcare protocols.
