We are looking for an experienced Call Center Executive to join our team in Calicut/Kozhikode, Kerala. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management.
• Assist with other customer service related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Should possess minimum experience in Healthcare Industry
