About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Business Managers to drive business partnerships and corporate tie-ups. The ideal candidates will bring strong corporate connections, especially within top Mumbai-based organizations, and have a proven track record in business development within the insurance broking, healthcare, employee wellness, or wellness aggregator sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage corporate partnerships to drive business growth.
• Leverage existing corporate connects to establish and expand business relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and create strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized wellness and healthcare solutions for corporates.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in insurance broking, healthcare, employee wellness, or wellness aggregators (Ekincare, Medibuddy, MediAssist, International SOS, etc.).
• Strong corporate connects with top companies in Mumbai.
• Proven track record of professional stability and consistent performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented professional with strong negotiation abilities.
• Age group: 30–35 years.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
