About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance and strategic growth agenda of our diversified manufacturing operations. The ideal professional must bring proven expertise from a listed manufacturing company with multiple product lines, manufacturing plants, and large-scale domestic and international operations.

The CFO will be responsible for financial leadership, compliance, international business strategy, investor confidence, and risk management while ensuring sustainable growth and value creation.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic & Financial Leadership

• Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and business performance monitoring aligned with organizational goals.

• Partner with the Board and senior leadership on long-term growth, M&A opportunities, and global expansion.

• Drive cost optimization, capital allocation, and profitability across multiple plants and product lines.

Investor & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.

• Develop robust investor presentations, quarterly business updates, and manage AGM/EGM requirements.

• Enhance market reputation by ensuring transparent communication and benchmark corporate governance practices.

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

• Ensure strict compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA, and other legal/statutory requirements applicable to listed entities.

• Oversee internal audits, statutory audits, risk management, and compliance with secretarial functions.

• Implement strong governance, ethical practices, and risk assessment frameworks.

Treasury, Banking & Fundraising

• Lead fundraising through debt/equity, manage banking relationships, and negotiate optimal financing solutions.

• Oversee treasury functions including forex management, hedging strategies, liquidity management and efficient working capital utilization.

• Explore innovative capital-raising avenues including public, private, and strategic financial partnerships.

International Business & Trade

• Manage financial and compliance activities for exports and imports in alignment with global trade practices.

• Optimize forex exposure, currency risk, and ensure regulatory compliance for overseas transactions.

• Support international expansion strategy with financial due diligence and feasibility studies.

Financial Control & Reporting

• Direct and oversee accounts, taxation, budgeting, MIS, and financial controls across all business units.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting as per Ind-AS/IFRS standards.

• Lead due diligence for investments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

• Experience: Minimum 18 years, with current/most recent role as CFO in a listed manufacturing organization (NSE/BSE).

• Strong track record in investor relations, SEBI compliances, corporate governance, and fundraising.

• Proven experience managing multi-plant operations, diverse product lines, and large financial teams.

• Expertise in international trade, forex, hedging, and risk management.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
