Job Summary:

A world-leading Dental Devices company is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial function. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial reporting, corporate finance, risk management, and controllership, with a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and business growth. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering sustainable innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely compliance with Indian accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Drive corporate finance strategies including budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and financial planning aligned with business goals.
• Oversee controllership functions with a focus on internal controls, audit processes, and financial risk management.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations that support long-term growth and operational efficiency.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and financial risk to optimize business performance.
• Guide finance teams to advance technological adoption and continuous improvement in financial processes.
• Leverage cross-industry knowledge from dental equipment and textile sectors to bring innovative and adaptive financial solutions.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and sustainability within the finance function.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 12 years of senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong background in financial reporting, corporate finance, and controllership in manufacturing or healthcare industries, preferably dental devices and textiles.
• Demonstrated success in financial strategy development, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management.
• Excellent leadership skills with a collaborative, analytical, and strategic mindset.
• Experience in managing complex financial environments and driving business transformation initiatives.
