About the Role:
We are seeking energetic and growth-driven Business Development Managers to spearhead an innovative in-clinic pharmacy outsourcing model. This solution integrates retail excellence with digital-first healthcare capabilities, offering clinics a fully managed pharmacy service that eliminates operational challenges.
The role requires identifying, onboarding, and managing healthcare professionals, residential associations, and corporates to establish and scale this pharmacy solution within community healthcare ecosystems.
Position Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and empaneling doctor chambers, residential communities, and corporates to adopt the pharmacy model.
- Leading regional growth initiatives and ensuring seamless onboarding and partner management.
- Driving service adoption, digital enablement, and ongoing partner engagement to deliver a best-in-class experience for patients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Partner Acquisition
- Identify and engage potential partners such as clinics, chambers, RWAs, and corporates.
- Onboard new partners into the pharmacy outsourcing model.
Target Ownership
- Achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding and revenue goals.
- Implement territory management strategies to maximize growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal operations, digital, and support teams to ensure smooth partner activation.
Relationship Management
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with partner clinics and organizations.
- Ensure consistent service quality and a superior stakeholder experience.
Service Activation & Enablement
- Facilitate infrastructure setup and partner onboarding processes.
- Enable digital tools and services for partner visibility and engagement.
Training & Development
- Conduct training sessions for partners and their staff on pharmacy processes and digital solutions.
Issue Management
- Follow escalation protocols to resolve partner concerns quickly and effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (healthcare experience preferred).
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
