Position: Associate Vice President

Role Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Vice President (AVP) with proven expertise in the FMCG sector to support business strategy, operations, and growth. The AVP will work closely with senior leadership to drive sales performance, market expansion, and operational efficiency while managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Vice President/Business Head in formulating and executing business strategies.
• Drive sales and distribution initiatives to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Lead brand-building, marketing campaigns, and product positioning strategies.
• Monitor business performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend improvements.
• Manage and strengthen distributor, retail, and trade partner relationships.
• Support innovation, product launches, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
• Supervise and mentor mid-level managers to build high-performing teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
• Prepare periodic business reviews, MIS reports, and strategy updates for leadership.
