Job Overview
Direct Watts SET Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Dehradun. This role is perfect for a fresher who is eager to begin their career in the renewable energy sector. The position is open to candidates looking for full-time or freelance engagement. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have between 0 to 1 year of work experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software to efficiently manage and track customer interactions.
- Expertise in persuasive communication to effectively convey the benefits of solar solutions to potential clients.
- Active listening skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in cold calling to initiate and maintain customer relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to perform data entry accurately to maintain and update client records (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with Salesforce to streamline communication and follow-up processes.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
- Proficiency in objection handling to address client concerns and objections effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote solar energy solutions.
- Inform existing and potential customers about the benefits and features of our solar products.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team by qualifying leads and providing detailed information.
- Update and maintain CRM software with accurate and relevant client information and interaction details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets set by the management team.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop efficient communication strategies.
- Handle client inquiries and provide thorough solutions and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and telecalling best practices.
