Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at DIMAN Solar's headquarters in Ahmedabad. This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for a candidate with a passion for solar energy and a knack for sales. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their solar needs, and offering suitable solutions to meet those requirements. Freshers with up to 3 years of work experience in sales are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused attitude.
- Capability to understand technical aspects of solar energy solutions and convey them to customers in layman's terms.
- Field sales experience to directly interact with clients and conduct on-site visits.
- Field work (Mandatory skill) to actively engage in outreach activities and client meetings.
- Sales experience with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets.
- Must possess field sales, Sales, Field Work (all Mandatory skills) to effectively meet the demands of the role.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage in field sales activities to identify potential clients and generate leads for solar energy solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for promoting solar products and services.
- Demonstrate technical understanding of solar solutions to address customer queries and persuade prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company sales goals and objectives.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and manage the sales pipeline effectively to close deals.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the management for strategic planning.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales activities and client engagements to track performance and project outcomes.
