Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, ads, and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts aligned with company goals.
• Edit videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Add effects, transitions, sound, and animations to enhance video quality.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
• Manage and organize video assets for efficient workflow.
• Stay updated with video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats.
• Work on motion graphics and visual storytelling to make content more engaging.
• Optimize videos for different platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Handle basic color correction, sound design, and video optimization for different devices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Videographer & Video Editor in a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Experience with camera operation, lighting, and shooting techniques.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
• A portfolio showcasing previous video editing and videography work.
• Experience in shooting and editing content for social media ads, reels, and brand videos.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and how videos impact engagement.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of basic color grading and sound editing techniques.
