Digital Piloto Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and organized Admin & HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative operations, handling HR functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Sourcing, screening and on boarding new employees.
- Employee Engagement: Organizing team-building activities and events.
- Attendance Management: Maintaining attendance records & assisting in payroll processing.
- Grievance Management: Employee feedback / suggestion and do the needful.
- Policy Implementation: Developing and enforcing HR policies in alignment with company goals.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Records: Maintaining employee records, contracts and other official documents.
- Assist to Management in improving team performance and communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Admin and HR roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
