Job Description:
Kiruso Living is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site activities for residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret drawings and execute as per design intent.
- Supervise daily site operations and manage labor workforce.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Handle on-site troubleshooting and provide practical solutions.
- Ensure material availability and proper usage on-site.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain site cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in supervising interior/turnkey projects.
- Strong understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and civil work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred).
- Own vehicle for site visits is a plus.
