To provide guests with professional and high-quality treatments in line with spa treatment training provided.&nbsp;To ensure guests experience is maximized through treatments and retail.&nbsp;Assist team colleagues at all times. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform professional treatments according to standards provided with attention to detail and in a prompt timely manner.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Advise guests of spa service programs, treatments and products available at the spa.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in promoting spa products to guests and offer full product knowledge.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To notify spa management of spa product replenishment·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure treatment rooms after every use is left clean and tidy inline with SOP·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure all treatment rooms are fully set up before beginning a treatment according to standards and procedures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To report any guest related matters, technical service requests, etc as appropriate·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in keeping accurate written records of treatments and products used in view of repeat guests.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in on-going training as required and continue to enhance your skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag and follow good hygiene habits at all times.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To replenish all necessary items in the treatment room as required·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To assist in strict inventory·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To assist colleagues at all times and when required. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag and follow good hygiene habits at all times &nbsp;
