Job Title: Executive Assistant To CEO

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: Hyderabad, Jubliee Hills, Film Nagar

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily operations, strategic initiatives, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and market research specific to the real estate industry.
  • Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Coordinate and follow up on key business initiatives, projects, and deadlines.
  • Handle confidential documents, contracts, and correspondence with discretion.
  • Manage email communication, filter inquiries, and prioritize urgent matters.
  • Assist in organizing real estate events, client meetings, and property site visits.
  • Maintained records, and databases, and ensured timely documentation of key business activities.
  • Support in financial tracking, budgeting, and invoice management related to business operations.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the CEO’s business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information professionally.
  • Flexibility to travel for site visits, client meetings, and industry events.
