Proposal Preparation:

• Lead the preparation of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including engineering solutions, cost estimates, timelines, and project scopes.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical teams, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure all aspects of the proposal are addressed.

• Ensure proposals are compliant with client specifications, project scope, and industry standards.

Cost Estimation:

• Develop accurate cost estimates based on project specifications and in coordination with the finance team.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternatives while ensuring quality standards and project feasibility.

Team Coordination:

• Lead and mentor junior proposal engineers and support staff during the proposal process.

• Facilitate team collaboration to ensure timely submission of proposals.

Others:

• Make presentation for supporting sales team, make vendor data base, Standard price list, Standard P & ID, PDF, Mass Balance. 

• Visit customer along with sales team for sales closure and post sales design support.
