Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Erection and Commissioning Engineer to join our team at Doshion Environment Water Solutions. This full-time position is based in Korba and Jharsuguda. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience, with a strong background in project management and risk assessment. The role demands consistent compliance with health and safety standards, ensuring that all projects are executed safely and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in project management, with the ability to oversee and direct multiple tasks from inception to completion while meeting all set objectives. (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in risk assessment to identify potential hazards associated with projects and implementing mitigation strategies. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong adherence to health and safety compliance, ensuring all procedures and protocols are followed to protect all involved. (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with AutoCAD for creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings required for project planning and design.
• Knowledge in electrical systems design, enabling the development and integration of efficient and reliable electrical solutions.
• Proficiency in mechanical systems integration, ensuring seamless operation of all components within a system.
• Familiarity with PLC programming, allowing for the development, testing, and implementation of mission-critical process controls.
• Strong quality assurance skills to maintain high standards in all aspects of project execution and deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the erection and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
