Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior-level Assistant Manager Proposal for our operations in Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring expertise in proposal management within our dynamic water management segment. The role involves the creation and handling of proposals, ensuring accuracy and meeting the client's needs to secure projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning company offerings with client requirements, working closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in proposal management within water management or similar industries.
• Proficiency in costing methodologies to ensure proposals are competitive yet profitable.
• Understanding of ROSA (Reverse Osmosis System Analysis) to evaluate system design and function effectively.
• Familiarity with UF (Ultrafiltration) systems and their application in industrial water treatment.
• Expertise in ISPE (International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering) guidelines for sanitary processes.
• Knowledge of hygiene design to ensure systems meet industrial health and safety standards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously.
• EID Projection (Mandatory skill) is essential for accurately forecasting energy consumption in proposals.
