Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The position is available in several locations, including Navsari, Surat, Vapi, Bardoli, Vadodara, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad. The candidate should have a maximum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance testing in areas related to D2C e-commerce platforms. You will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in quality assurance testing, with a strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Proficiency in Shopify Liquid, with hands-on experience in theme and app development on the Shopify platform.
• Strong JavaScript skills, enabling the creation and testing of dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS to ensure web applications are both accessible and visually compelling.
• Experience using and integrating Shopify APIs and GraphQL for data manipulation and application improvements.
• Proven track record in using React.js for robust and modular front-end development projects.
• Ability to implement and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software functionality and usability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail for identifying and rectifying issues effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement testing procedures for our dynamic and modular e-commerce solutions.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to understand technical requirements and ensure quality standards.
• Utilize automated test scripts to enhance accuracy and efficiency in the testing process for Shopify-based platforms.
• Conduct thorough regression testing for existing modules and new functionalities to ensure seamless integration.
• Analyze test outcomes and prepare detailed reports to facilitate process improvements and bug fixes.
• Maintain documentation of test results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
• Act as a mentor to junior QA team members, providing guidance and fostering an environment of continuous learning.
