Job Overview:


As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, exploring new market opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to help scale the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, with an emphasis on customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.
  • Market Research: Analyse market trends, customer behaviors, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and manage relationships with key external partners to drive new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Customer Engagement: Create and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key growth metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Should have technical background sales or technical qualification.



Experience: More than 1 year of experience in growth, business development, or a similar role. Experience in driving business growth in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus.
