Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our Hyderabad store operations, drive sales, and deliver a luxurious shopping experience in line with Qbik’s brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations, team scheduling, and inventory

Drive monthly sales targets and KPIs through team performance and clienteling

Lead a team of fashion consultants and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Build long-term relationships with HNIs and repeat clientele through exceptional service

Oversee VM (Visual Merchandising) in accordance with brand guidelines

Handle POS operations, stock audits, and replenishment

Collaborate with HO for marketing, stock allocation, and customer feedback

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in luxury or designer fashion

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of customer behavior in premium fashion retail

Leadership qualities with an ability to motivate and manage a team

Tech-savvy with knowledge of POS, CRM tools, and inventory systems
