Job Title: Sales Executive – HORECA Segment

Location: Goa, Ahmedabad, Udaipur

Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new HORECA clients, including premium hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Educate clients about Belgrey’s value proposition, focusing on our truly plastic-free, health-focused, and sustainable hydration solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to the management team.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the HORECA sector.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its unique requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about sustainability and eager to represent a brand that prioritizes environmental responsibility.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
