Job Title: Technical Architect

Experience Required: Minimum 9–10 years in IT as a Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview

As a Technical Architect, you will work closely with the Head of Architecture to shape and implement the strategic vision for our organization. Your role will focus on creating scalable, resilient, and innovative architectural solutions while ensuring the highest quality standards. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and play a vital role in growing and developing the Hyderabad center.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Head of Architecture to define and implement the strategy and vision.

Support the architecture and development teams in delivering the strategic vision.

Assess software and hardware requirements to align with architectural goals.

Design scalable systems to enhance product resilience and reliability.

Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for quality improvements.

Provide architectural blueprints and technical guidance to development teams.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Lead software design discussions and analyze user needs to define technical requirements.

Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks swiftly and effectively.

Identify and address technical debts.

Conduct and participate in code reviews following best practices and coding standards.

Drive excellence in project delivery.

Collaborate with the VP and Managing Director to grow the Hyderabad center, including technical interviews and mentoring team members.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 9–10 years in IT as a Senior Software Engineer.

Proficient in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale enterprise applications using Java and J2EE technologies.

Deep understanding of OOP concepts and design principles.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Hands-on knowledge of tools like Git, Jenkins, Sonar, and Artifactory.

Strong proficiency in Java programming.

Exposure to front-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular, or React.

Expertise in Spring, JPA, and related frameworks.

Proficient in databases and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).

Experience working with JBoss EAP and Oracle EE Databases.

Passion for learning new technologies and adapting to new stacks.

Autonomous, detail-oriented, and team-spirited.
