About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) Certified Professional to join our dynamic team onsite in Kenya. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, specializing in SailPoint implementations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying IAM solutions while ensuring security and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and management of SailPoint IDN solutions.

Develop and manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and certifications.

Integrate SailPoint with various applications, directories, and platforms.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM configurations and integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and business units, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Develop and maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) Certification is mandatory.

8+ years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Expertise in SailPoint integration, workflows, rules, and connectors.

Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as user provisioning, access governance, and compliance reporting.

Proficient in Java, BeanShell, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Experience working with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).

Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Knowledge of other IAM tools (Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity).

Strong project management and leadership skills.
