Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated US Recruiter to join our team at DevCare Solutions Pvt Ltd. This is a mid-level, full-time position based in Chennai, Coimbatore, Tirunelveli, or Tiruchirappalli. The role entails working during US shift hours from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am IST, with the added benefits of cab pick-up and drop-off services as well as dinner provided. Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is essential for streamlining the recruitment process and maintaining a candidate database effectively.
- Proficiency in Boolean Search Strategies is required to efficiently filter and identify suitable candidates from various job portals and databases.
- Actively using LinkedIn Recruiter to source, connect, and engage with potential candidates is a must for this role.
- A strong ability to schedule interviews seamlessly, coordinating between clients and candidates, is essential.
- Experience working with US state clients and understanding their recruitment needs is crucial for success in this role.
- Ability to work effectively with Green Card holders, US citizens, and direct clients for fulfilling specific job requirements.
- Demonstrated capability to conduct full-cycle recruiting, including interviews, negotiations, and closing candidates.
- Strong team collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently to achieve recruitment goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage IT requirements from US-based clients, ensuring successful sourcing, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
- Perform full-cycle recruiting tasks, including conducting interviews, extending offers, and closing requisitions.
- Source candidates using job portals such as Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder, and post jobs on relevant portals.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, candidates, vendors, recruiters, and the offshore team.
- Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with all stakeholders in the recruitment process.
- Prepare and publish weekly progress reports to update management on recruitment activities and achievements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and strategies to meet staffing and recruitment goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve hiring processes.
