• Understand different products produced in the factory along with in depth knowledge of the specification requirement.

• Prepare inspection reports for daily and monthly checking.

• Should be able to interpret blueprints and other drawings that detail product specifications. Experience with measuring tools is required as well

• Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.

• Discuss results and findings with those in charge of the products, and recommend any required corrective actions

• Prepare Daily Production Report. Get it approved by Plant Manager.

• Weekly report check and approval by administrative staff.

• Hourly stock check on each machine.

• Prepare Daily Machine and Mould Report. Get it approved by Plant Manager.

• Prepare daily maintenance report for machines.

• Prepare daily maintenance report for moulds.

• Keep record of upcoming maintenance for all moulds and machines.

• Daily reporting on work done by fitter.

• Over all coordination with the production team and machine supervisors to obtain optimum production.

• Come up with new ideas to reduce waste and reduce the production cost. Also any new ideas for betterment of the plant.

• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.

• Maintenance of FIFO LIFO in the plant for the different products.

• Advanced ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with all internal organization departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory

authorities.

• Strong coordination and organization skills, with strict emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Identify and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies.
