Employee headcount forecasting in line with Business Growth Plan, Attrition run rate and bench strength. Develop financial strategies by estimating forecasting and anticipating requirements, trends and variances; aligning monetary resources, developing action plans.Implementing human resource strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including Talent Acquisition, Staffing, employment processing, compensation, Health and Welfare Benefits, Training and Development, HRIS, Succession Planning, Employee Relations and Retention and Labour Relations.Managing manpower ratios and defining career pathsFacilitate multiskilling, Job rotation and leadership developmentPerformance Management and Career PlanningDrive organizational and individual level G&O setting in line with the overall business strategyLead Performance management programs and initiativesManage Talent potential and criticality reviews and develop skill repositoriesEstablish Reward and Recognition guidelines and tools.
